We loved our spacious corner suite with fine views of the Eiffel Tower and Londoner. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was delicious with no wait. The only downsides were a long check-in process and our pool access was inconvenient. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

The location is super convenient, right next to the Cotai Strip, and the views from my room were fine. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the modern design - it felt cozy yet stylish!
Check-in was a bit crowded, and I had to wait longer than expected to get into my room. some amenities for kids would’ve been nice, like a stepping stool for the sink. though, these were minor issues compared to the enjoyable experience!

The food court needs earlier opening hours for tourists craving street food!!! Signage to the train station is nearly non-existent, leading to confusion!!! The QR codes for room service were not functional!!!

The views from my corner room were fine, amazing. Check-in took longer than expected, frustrating.

Check-in was completely disorganized, and it took forever. I certainly didn't expect to be treated like everyone else, you know? And to contend with noisy outdoor air units on the 23rd floor was just ridiculous. Why wasn't I offered a complimentary upgrade? I almost woudl ve given a good review but just couldn't. Pitiful experience overall.
